A Word from Alyssa

Early in my career, a powerful person asked me: "Who do you think you are?" Instead of shrinking me, it lit something in me. I understood that someone who had lived the harm of our systems was exactly who held the power to change it.

Wright Collective was built around a simple belief: movements happen when we can see and access abundance. For ten years, that belief has guided how we show up in fundraising and philanthropy — even when the world feels uncertain or uncomfortable.

We mobilized resources during the Ebola crisis, the Covid-19 pandemic, the racial justice uprisings following the murder of George Floyd, the overturning of Roe v. Wade, and so many more volatile moments. Through it all, we sought to turn urgent funding needs into sustained, coordinated action.

Ten years in, if someone asked me, "Who do you think you are?" I'd proudly say: Who do you think we are? The work of change matters too much to do alone.

THE ABUNDANCE FRAMEWORK

We partner with fundraisers — from volunteer board members to senior leaders — guiding their transformation through our Abundance Framework. Through structured sessions, participants build financial fluency, develop confidence, and learn to engage donors in meaningful, values-aligned conversations.

The result: hundreds of Fearless Fundraisers now leading with clarity, courage, and impact across the sector.
