Strategic Planning Process
These comprehensive process will result in a presentation that includes a clear long-term vision statement, mission statement, organizational goals around key priority areas, and an internal SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, and Results) analysis. It can be shared with the board and other stakeholders, as determined, to discuss the best path forward to fully realize the mission and embody the vision for the work.
The process begins with the Wright Collective team facilitating inclusive discussions with leadership and the board, to advise on a set of clear strategic goals, priority areas, and a comprehensive action plan, broken down into a detailed grid-style roadmap for the organization. This roadmap will not only focus on goals for growth but on the questions and explorations the organization seeks to uncover.

Strategic Planning SessionS
Over the years, we've found that organizations not yet ready for a full strategic planning process can significantly benefit from one or more shorter planning sessions. These sessions, combined with landscape research and, if necessary, community surveys or focus groups, lead to the development of actionable, community-centered plans. This approach fosters buy-in and engagement from the organization, board, and community.

Building on the organization’s past work, our Strategic Planning Sessions help you establish a meaningful and impactful direction that aligns with your mission while addressing your operational needs.
3-hour Strategic Planning sessions might include:
-
Necessary landscape research to support the session prior to the session
-
30-minute prep call
-
3 hours of high-level strategic facilitation (up to 15 attendees)
-
30 minutes debrief
