Over the years, we have discovered that the most effective way to support organizations in strategic planning is by combining focused planning sessions with comprehensive landscape research, and, if needed, community surveys & or focus groups. This approach ensures the creation of an actionable, community-centric plan that garners buy-in and engagement from the organization, board, and community.
-
Building on the impressive work of the organization, the goal of this scope of work is to help you craft a meaningful and impactful direction aligned with mission, all while taking into account the operational needs of your organization.
-
Based on our conversations with you and our understanding of your current organizational model we suggest a half-day strategic planning session with the appropriate board and leadership team members.
